Eve is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for a full-time remote role in the United States. The position drives paid acquisition for Eve's legal technology used by plaintiff law firms, offering a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 plus equity.

The team works across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, webinars, events, nurture programs, and ABM. The manager plans and optimizes campaigns, tests audiences and creative, and tracks revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of performance or growth marketing experience.
• Hands-on B2B SaaS paid media campaigns.
• Experience linking paid media to webinars, events, nurture programs, or ABM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across channels.
• Test audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.
• Track CPL, CPA, pipeline, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with lifecycle, events, content, sales, and RevOps.
• Maintain attribution across the funnel.
