The Role

Join our Growth Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager, where you'll own our paid acquisition strategy and execution across multiple digital channels. This is a hands-on operator role with a bias for action - you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable growth and revenue. You'll work closely with our experienced marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to build a consistent and effective client funnel while supporting both client acquisition and advisor recruiting efforts.


Your Impact

  • Own and scale SEM and paid media channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end including setup, testing, optimization, and comprehensive reporting

  • Analyze performance data to reduce CAC and improve ROAS and LTV while scaling quality lead volume

  • Partner with Brand, Advisor Growth, and Lead Generation teams to align efforts across the funnel

  • Support internal and advisor-facing campaigns, including institutional and recruiting initiatives

  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows and sequences in HubSpot

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Product to optimize conversion funnels

  • Contribute to marketing strategy while executing day-to-day performance marketing efforts

  • Leverage AI tools for content development, rapid prototyping, and campaign optimization

  • Own performance KPIs and make meaningful contributions to company growth


The Ideal Match

  • 4-7+ years of experience in performance marketing at a high-growth company

  • Proven track record managing Google Ads (search, display, all ad formats) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics and business intelligence tools

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred, Salesforce, Marketo acceptable)

  • Understanding of marketing automation, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences

  • Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally and present data-driven insights

  • Hands-on operator with bias for action and comfort in fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing with consumer-focused campaigns


Bonus Points

  • Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or marketplace/two-sided business models

  • LinkedIn Ads experience (nice to have, not required for client acquisition focus)

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with BI tools (Looker, Snowflake, etc.)

  • Background in CRO, landing page testing, and conversion optimization

  • Experience with AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and creative development

  • Previous experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environment

  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other platform certifications
