Cars Commerce is seeking a Sr. Performance Manager to oversee performance for the Dealer Inspire platform. You will lead client discussions, craft digital advertising and website strategies, and collaborate across departments to deliver measurable results for dealer partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment while supporting a national client base.

• Ability to present clearly to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance updates and strategic reviews with clients.
• Develop and discuss digital advertising strategies for websites, ads, and online shopper experiences.
• Create and execute marketing ideas and campaigns for dealer partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Educate clients on Cars Commerce capabilities including website solutions, acquisition, marketplace, and media.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to retain and grow the dealer base.
• Build your own book of business through referrals and proactive outreach.

Sr. Performance Manager

As a Dealer Inspire Platform Performance Manager The Following Will Be Just a Few Of The Responsibilities You Will Be Assigned:

• Meeting preparation & presentation (web conferencing included)


• Performance updates with clients


• Develop, present & discuss client strategy for digital advertising, Websites, Chat Platform, Online Shopper Digital Retailing, and more


• Create and execute unique marketing ideas/strategy for our dealer partners


• Staying on top of industry trends


• Educate clients on all Cars Commerce capabilities including website solutions, acquisition, marketplace, and media.


• Work seamlessly with a wide range of different departments including but not limited to General Support, Inventory Support, SEO, Compliance, Marketing Design, Sales, and Analytics


• Responsible for maintaining and retaining a Dealer Inspire book of business


• Opportunity to build your book of business by generating sales referrals

Desired Skills & Experience

• A successful Dealer Inspire Performance Manager requires excellent communication and analytics skills, marketing savvy and the ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Previous account management / project management


• Excellent customer service skills


• Strong, real world experience in SEO and Analytics


• Outstanding presentation & communication. Must possess the ability to project over the phone


• Must be very organized, punctual, and detail oriented


• Fast learner & interested in new technologies


• The ability to remain cool under pressure


• The ability to succeed and work independently in a remote environment

Salary Range

$73,000.00-89,450.00
