Qualifications

This position provides an all-round view of contract performance, measuring outputs, and ensuring operational and financial performance remains on track.

Responsibilities include supporting the Operations Team to deliver services according to contractual terms, meeting contractual obligations, and providing performance reports. The role involves supporting compliance targets, driving excellence, championing continuous improvement, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

How will you be the change?

We believe every role is vital in providing peace of mind for our customers and driving value. As a Performance Manager, you will help build systems that lead the way by:

  • Monitoring and supporting the closure of all PPM, Reactive, Quoted, and Remedial Works, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports against KPIs and client data.
  • Managing Early Warning Notices (EWN’s) & Compensation Events (CE’s) in line with contractual requirements, briefing clients, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance and presenting Compensation Events to senior leadership for approval.
  • Identifying performance issues within delivery teams or supply chain and supporting resolution efforts.
  • Supporting contract performance through client reviews, performance improvement, and sharing best practices.
  • Managing budget information, overseeing reactive and quoted works, and highlighting issues or opportunities.
  • Building strong client, stakeholder, and supply chain relationships.
  • Identifying and acting on cost-saving opportunities and providing additional reporting.
  • Promoting learning, personal development, and the Bellrock culture.
What does it take?

  • Contract awareness (preferably NEC4)
  • Financial awareness
  • IT skills, especially Excel
  • Experience in a similar industry sector
  • Understanding of commercial contracts
  • Stakeholder management skills

Working arrangements

We support flexible and remote working where possible. The role is based in Chichester, West Sussex, working 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
