Responsibilities

• Review Plans of Care for compliance and communicate corrections to clinicians and supervisors.
• Conduct multidisciplinary chart audits and follow through on corrective action plans.
• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support payer denial management and utilization review activities.
• Prepare quality reports for QAPI, PAC, and leadership meetings.
