Job Description:

Crowe’s Performance Improvement department within the Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice assists clients in improving profitability by addressing operational challenges, developing actionable improvement plans, and capturing financial savings.

We seek an Operations Consulting Manager capable of managing operational, financial, and process analyses, strategy development, process reengineering, and modeling (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma), to drive operational transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational and shop-floor assessments to identify financial opportunities
• Develop and implement internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives
• Train, coach, and mentor project teams
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and budgets
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other tools to improve productivity and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• At least five years of manufacturing operations or consulting experience; operations consulting preferred
• Proactive, innovative, with strong partnership skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and travel willingness (80-100%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in related field)
• Extensive operations consulting experience
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools
• Preferred locations: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN
