• Proven expertise in Linux kernel memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience fixing production memory bottlenecks and upstream contribution.
• Ability to build and extend low-overhead instrumentation (tracepoints, BPF, perf).
• Strong collaboration with kernel, networking, storage, and product engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and fix perf and scalability bottlenecks in Linux kernel memory-management, using production telemetry.
• Land your work upstream; maintainership and reviews to earn community standing.
• Build and extend low-overhead kernel instrumentation (tracepoints, BPF, perf) and measure impact.
• Partner with kernel, networking, storage, and product engineers to translate observed behavior into MM improvements.
• Set technical direction for kernel memory management to push higher utilization.
