Formación

• Deep expertise in the Linux kernel memory-management subsystem, including page allocator and memory mapping.
• Track record of upstream Linux contribution or maintainership in MM or a related subsystem.
• Strong systems programming in C with the judgment to safely apply high-risk changes to shared infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and fix performance and scalability bottlenecks in the Linux kernel memory-management subsystem, informed by production telemetry.
• Land changes upstream to mainline and maintain the review work that earns standing in the community.
• Build and extend low-overhead kernel instrumentation (tracepoints, BPF, perf) and measure impact.
• Collaborate with kernel, networking, storage, and product engineers to translate observations into MM improvements.
• Set technical direction for how Cloudflare uses and evolves kernel memory management.
