Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. is seeking Software Engineers to optimize performance for AWS Graviton. You will work on everything from kernel work to C++/Rust debugging, improving performance across open source projects and internal services.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience programming in at least one modern language (Java, C++, or C#) with OO design.
• Experience with data structures, basic algorithms, and OO design principles.

Responsibilities

• Performance optimization: enhance architectures and algorithms for speed.
• Use ABench, A perf, sysstat, sysctl, perf to identify bottlenecks.
• Monitor and analyze processor, OS, and workload metrics.
• Optimize software for AWS customers and services (S3, Lambda, EMR, etc).
• Open source development: contribute to Linux kernel improvements.
• Contribute to various open source projects and develop analysis frameworks.
• Develop automation systems and tooling.
