• Develop proof-of-concept solutions for emerging tech needs.
• Translate outages into fixes to improve reliability for future launches.
• Ship Webpack fixes to New Haven customers the same day they report them.
• Lead Laravel design reviews to prevent costly mistakes in New Haven builds.
