Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – petroleum, mechanical, or related field.
• Understanding of oil and gas industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong delivery.
• Willingness to travel and perform rig visits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as support to Operations Team.
• Customer interactions with in-field personnel including weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & quarterly performance reviews.
• Drive the implementation and execution of Operations Engineering initiatives with district and/or operator(s).
• Service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with clients and internal SMEs for successful product deployment.
• Document processes and trials of new technology in field operations.
• Facilitate rig move calls and after action reviews.
• Assist operations and operator with special projects as needed.
• Report on success/failure of such improvements.
