Reporting to the SEM Manager, you will analyze performance, propose keyword and targeting strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Data, and Product to meet ROI goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid search campaigns.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data manipulation.
• Google/Bing ads certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically about paid search.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing.
• Monitor bidding strategies, budgets, and keywords; ensure campaigns meet goals.
• Create large keyword lists and structure campaigns for performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Product to drive ROI.
• Generate analyses and reports to inform optimization strategies.
