A healthcare organization is looking for a qualified individual to manage customer interactions and compliance within operational audit programs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include leading audits, analyzing results, and providing training to Plan staff. The salary range is $92,788.00-$130,326.32 with bonuses and various benefits available.
The role ensures Plans' operations handle customer interactions accurately and promptly, leaving a positive brand impression. Execute audit programs and validate reported results. Present updates and recommendations at various events. Contribute to strategic planning by developing materials, presentations, and documentation. Create and improve standard operating procedures for departmental functions. Interact extensively with Plan staff at all levels, requiring diplomacy in difficult conversations. Influence local and national Plan operations.
The posting range for this position is:
$92,788.00-$130,326.32
The role may require working across Plan operations to manage customer interactions and compliance with program requirements.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
