Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) seeks a Performance Assurance Analyst (Associate or Mid-level) based at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. The role administers CAP, Self-Assessment, and MFO programs, handling data analysis, reporting, and corrective action tracking to help ensure performance objectives are met.

The successful candidate will contribute to root cause analyses, prepare management reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a nuclear operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with corrective action, issue management, LEAN, or operational analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers CAP, Self-Assessment, and MFO programs.
• Maintains corrective action database and ensures accurate data entry.
• Performs data analysis, prepares management reports and KPIs.
• Coordinates management review meetings and tracks corrective actions.
• Supports root and apparent cause analyses.
