salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 11 AM - 7:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support talent engagement activities, including responding to candidate inquiries regarding pay, timecard discrepancies, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews, group orientations, and onboarding sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing rosters, pipelines, and onboarding checklists.
  • Support talent retention strategies through regular communication, recognition, and feedback collection.
  • Facilitate walk-in candidates for pay and timesheet-related issues.
  • Act as a liaison between Site Managers, Performance Coach Team, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and workforce management, ideally in a manufacturing, retail, restaurant, or fast-paced setting.
  • Strong proficiency with administrative tools and applicant tracking systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.


The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • standing for 8 hours at one time
