Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Performance Assurance Machine Learning Engineer to analyze deployed network elements and build predictive models. You will extract data with SQL/Python/R, create tools and dashboards, and communicate insights to teammates and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with RF, network, data science, and platform teams to ensure ML outputs are accurate, interpretable, and actionable for product and release evaluations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Science, Analytics or Data Engineering with large datasets.
• 3-5 years designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale ML systems.
• Experience with 4G/5G KPI measurements and performance monitoring.
• Collaborates across RF, network, data science, and platform teams.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical methods for product evaluation.
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts and environments (MLFlow a plus).
• Linux administration and software development in a Linux environment.
• CUDA, Docker, Kubernetes or related hardware/resource management knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to share complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deployed network elements and extract data from databases using Python or R.
• Develop prediction models, ad-hoc tools, and dashboards for communication.
• Design and deploy ML systems in production environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Prototyping use cases and developing automations to augment manual efforts.
• Communicate key findings with visualizations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support management initiatives and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
