Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data Science & Tools team. You will analyze 4G/5G KPI data, design models, and deploy ML solutions for performance monitoring and optimization.

Work with RF, network, and product teams to ensure accurate, interpretable ML outputs and dashboards for stakeholders. Strong Python/Spark, cloud, and MLOps experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale ML systems in production.
• Strong ability to query and analyze 4G/5G KPI data and build predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze 4G/5G KPI measurements and targets for RAN product performance.
• Collaborate with RF, network, data, and product teams to ensure accurate ML outputs.
• Develop A/B tests and ML models to assess product and feature performance.
• Prototype use cases and automate repetitive data tasks.
• Communicate findings through visualizations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Summarize results into concise narratives for stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing business needs and support management initiatives.
• Contribute to data warehouse and tooling enhancements.
