Job description

Drive Strategy. Shape Growth. Deliver Insights.
We are looking for a strategic, business-minded Performance Analytics Manager to join our high-impact team at the intersection of pricing, performance, and customer experience. In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll tell the story behind them. You'll serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, influencing key decisions that drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance our market competitiveness.

If you're an MBA with a passion for data, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, this is your chance to step into a role with high visibility and tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a strategic partner, work hand-in-hand with the Pricing team to uncover optimization opportunities across vehicle segments and markets.

  • Lead performance deep-dives: Analyze location-level metrics to surface high- and low-performing operations and recommend improvements.

  • Voice of the customer: Synthesize customer interaction data—from chat to feedback loops—to spotlight recurring themes and experience gaps.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor competitors and market shifts, proactively advising leadership on emerging threats and opportunities.

  • Deliver clarity through storytelling: Develop and present compelling dashboards and reports that distill complex data into insights that drive action.

  • Innovate with purpose: Use advanced analytics and business intuition to solve complex challenges and unlock new sources of value.

  • Influence leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, communicating insights with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

  • MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years in a data-driven, analytical role—ideally within pricing, strategy, transportation, or retail.

  • Fluency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Strong business acumen with a knack for uncovering hidden trends and opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can simplify the complex and influence at all levels.

Why This Role?

  • High impact & visibility: Your insights directly shape business decisions and revenue strategies.

  • Growth potential: Be part of a data-savvy, results-driven team with opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strategic exposure: Work at the nexus of data, strategy, customer experience, and executive leadership.

Benefits you’ll receive:

  • Paid time off

  • 401K retirement plan with company matched contributions

  • Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance

  • Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coverages

  • Contribute up to $260 as a tax free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses

  • Employee discounts, including discounted prices on purchase of Avis / Budget cars

  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service, and more

The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
