Qualifications
- Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.
- Good standing MA PT license.
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Home Health visits for clients in Southborough/Metrowest area.
- Schedule visits between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.
- Work with a preceptor and educator for training.
