Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in radiologic technology.
• Current CRT certificate and ARRT registration or equivalent.
• 3+ years healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging and explain procedures.
• Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure.
• Prepare images for reading by Radiologist.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties to ensure patient flow.
• Attend staff and departmental meetings.
• Complete training and become certified with the DOT to perform Urine Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Tests.
• Propose improvements to processes and workflows.
• Work autonomously within established procedures.
