Redefine Healthcare is seeking a dedicated per diem X-Ray Tech to join our Hamilton and Lawrenceville offices. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an X-ray technician.
• Working knowledge of radiographic equipment.
• Ability to move or lift patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready for scheduled procedures.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition prior to imaging.
• Position/reposition equipment and process fluoroscopy images.
• Daily C-arm cleaning/general maintenance.
• Maintain QA for Radiology Department: warm-up/inspections, phantom images, QA logs.
• Review radiation monitoring devices monthly.
• Distribute radiation monitoring reports to personnel.
• Investigate radiation exposures outside limits.
• Perform standard x-ray imaging as ordered in-house.
• Other radiology-related tasks may be assigned.
