Qualifications

• High school diploma or medical license; certification as required by state or regulations.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience in a professional setting.
• Fingerstick blood collection performed within last 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric screenings at client sites, including finger stick collection and basic health measurements.
• Provide basic health coaching based on screening results.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance during events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at screenings and adhere to safety policies.
