Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking healthcare screening professionals to perform biometric wellness screenings at client sites. You will collect finger-stick blood samples, measure BMI and vital signs, and provide basic health coaching based on results.

Responsibilities include documenting results, adhering to HIPAA/OSHA standards, and traveling to event locations. Formal medical certification or licensure is required, with state-specific credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal medical education including current appropriate medical certification.
• Additional medical certification/licensure as required by state or regulatory requirements.
• High School diploma/GED and/or medical license (Nurse, Phlebotomy Certificate, Medical Assistant License, CNA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric screening at client sites including finger stick blood collection, BMI, blood pressure, height/weight.
• Provide basic health coaching based on screening results.
• Perform basic waived testing procedures on blood samples using CardioChek Plus and completes required quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all health screenings.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Travel to screening event locations; follow safety policies and procedures.
