Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a per diem ARMDS RVT vascular ultrasound technologist to join our surgical team. You will perform carotid dopplers, segmental pressures, bypass graft surveillance, and upper/lower extremity venous studies in our vascular lab.

The role supports a growing Vein Center and two outreach clinics, with a team of 9 vascular surgeons serving Maine and New Hampshire. We use Phillips ultrasound units and Parks Flo Lab.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Sonography/Vascular Technology from an accredited school.
• Licenses: RVT, RDMS, or RDCS required; ARDMS certification eligible.
• Experience: 2 years in vascular/ultrasound; 3 years preferred in hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform carotid dopplers, segmental pressures, and bypass graft surveillance.
• Conduct upper and lower extremity venous studies.
• Support MaineHealth Vein Center and two outreach clinics.
• Join a team of technologists in a vascular surgical lab.
