St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse to cover holiday, vacation, call outs and weekend shifts at Phillipsburg Care Now.

The RN delivers urgent care nursing across the lifespan and occupational health services, including physicals, drug screens and injury care. The role requires PA RN licensure and BLS certification, with preferred experience in occupational medicine and urgent care.

Formación

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience in occupational medicine and urgent care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate the ability to perform the essential functions of the Registered Nurse.
• Provide essential medical care to urgent care and occupational health patients.
• Assist physicians as indicated and perform procedures in this area.
• Implement, evaluate, and document patient care interventions and effectiveness in accordance with the care plan.
• Maintain awareness of unit budget and function as a professional role model and resource person.
• Take an active role in unit‑based performance improvement and identifying unit needs.
• Coordinate, prioritize and organize patient care consistently utilizing available resources.
• Manage daily operations within budget parameters and assist with management functions on unit.
