Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking urgent care clinicians (PA/NP) to join our national per diem network. You will provide patient-centered care within a collaborative team, with access to supervision and cross-location coverage.

Eligible candidates hold PA or NP credentials, a valid state license, and certification. We offer flexibility, growth opportunities, and comprehensive support including technology like the CarbyOS EHR.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as wound closures, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes and access supervisor support.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain smooth clinic flow.
