Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a per diem Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) to join our nationwide network. You will perform urgent care assessments, diagnose and treat conditions, order tests, and perform procedures in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers flexibility with per diem scheduling and a base hourly rate of $85.00–$95.00. DOT and BLS certifications are required prior to start, and CarbyOS supports efficient documentation and care delivery.

Qualifications

• PA/NP must hold valid state license and national certification.
• RN license, NP certification, and valid state license required for NP track.
• DOT Certification must be obtained prior to start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (wound closures, I&Ds, splints).
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to optimize patient outcomes and clinic flow.
