Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join our Per Diem team across Connecticut and New York. This opportunity lets you supplement your primary practice while delivering high-quality patient care.

Per diem schedules are designed around your availability with the option to pick up additional shifts based on need. You will work in modern facilities with strong operational support, backed by Yale New Haven Health’s trusted Northeast brand.

Competenze

• Current State Medical License.
• DEA Registration.
• Controlled Substance Registration, as applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification.
• Current ACLS and PALS certification.
• Minimum one year of Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or comparable acute care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience performing common urgent care procedures, including laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, wound care, and foreign body removal.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans.
