Qualifications

• Current State Medical License, DEA Registration, and applicable CS registration.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification and ACLS/PALS credentials.
• Minimum one year Urgent Care/Acute care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience performing urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, wound care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in urgent care setting.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and perform procedures as required.
• Incision and drainage, splinting, wound care, and foreign body removal.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiology teams, and clinical staff.
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality, safety, and service.
