Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a Per Diem/PRN Ultrasound Technologist to operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality ultrasound studies for patient care. The role emphasizes patient safety, technical proficiency, and collaborative communication with patients and healthcare teams across Mercy's Ardmore facilities.

The position offers flexible scheduling, a base rate of $45.00 per hour and W-2 employment status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography with clinical hours.
• 1 year of relevant ultrasound experience.
• Licensure/registrations: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and/or state licensure may be required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and software to produce diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures while maintaining image quality.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling and documentation as needed.
