Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Delaware)
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of Step Down RN experience (SDU/PCU).
• Ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate patient care per unit protocols.
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical thinking skills.
