Job summary

Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield, MA is seeking a part-time and per diem Speech Therapist to join our clinical team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, and consult with staff while supervising assistants as needed.

The role offers up to $60 per hour with weekly pay. New graduates welcome; two years of long-term care experience preferred; state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents.
• Evaluates and develops care plans.

• Monitors efficiency with supervisor.
• Documents activities per clinical documentation system.
• Adheres to Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Communicates effectively with all stakeholders.
