The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham, MA is hiring part-time and per diem Speech Therapists to join our dynamic care team. You will assess residents, plan care, provide direct treatment, and consult with the rehab team.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and developing care plans; delivering treatments under physician orders in individual, supervised, and group settings; and supporting program development and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Speech Therapy and MA SLP license.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interact with staff, patients and families effectively.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates care needs.
• Develops appropriate care plans and documents activities timely.
• Provides direct resident treatments per physician orders in various settings.
• Trains and consults with patients/residents and caregivers.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and program development.
