Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Board-level certification (BLS) and state licensure or CF eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized speech therapy programs based on evaluation of language, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Monitor progress, document relevant data, and communicate with rehabilitation team.
• Attend weekly team conferences for discharge planning.
• Adapt therapy techniques for patients with comprehension or motor challenges.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing education activities.
• Engage in staff education and training sessions, and support interns.
