P0001 Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC currently has a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position in our sub-acute skilled nursing rehab department in Pittsfield, MA. The facility is a 5-star rated setting attracting a skilled rehab team and supportive director.

You may join multiple local PRN rosters, must have CCCs and SNF experience, and we offer generous paid time off and ongoing education support to help you deliver high quality patient care.

Competenze

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/SNF setting.
• Must hold CCC and SNF experience.
• Proficient with MS Outlook/Word/Excel and EHR documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
