Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Experience with speech, language and swallowing disorders including complex medical conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with EMR and documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with realistic goals.
• Provide speech therapy services in outpatient, inpatient, and rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
