Job summary

Flagship Rehabilitation, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem to join our Washington, DC team. Must be licensed to apply and ready to support skilled nursing patients with comprehensive SLP care.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
