Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem in Florida to join a leading therapy team serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality outcomes while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
