Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for per diem / 8-hour day shifts. The role focuses on evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support swallowing, speech, and cognitive needs.

The SLP will work with patients across age groups, following ASHA standards, and contribute to discharge planning and ongoing care within a leading rehab-focused environment.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program or equivalent.
• California Speech-Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Mansioni

• Perform patient evaluations and establish a plan of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide and initiate treatment programs for swallowing, speech, and cognitive impairments.
• Deliver care for young, middle, and older adult patients with compassion and professionalism.
