Qualifications

• Education to commensurate with the requirements needed to successfully pursue a license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of California.
• Upon hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 4 months experience in providing direct patient care. Internships are acceptable to meet this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care services that include evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on the patient’s needs.
• Plans and provides patient, family, peer and community education and coordinates services with other health care professionals.
