Responsibilities

• Take initiative and assess the physical, mental, psychological and social needs of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide quality treatment.
• Provide comprehensive evaluation of communication or swallowing function and goal-oriented therapy.
• Participate in monitoring and improving Rehab Therapy Department services.
• Assist in developing SLP programs and updating policies and procedures.
• Maintain adequate supplies.
