Caretenders, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Social Worker - Per Diem to provide medical social services under physician direction and an interdisciplinary team to address social and emotional factors affecting patient health.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation, and licensure as a Social Worker in the state of residence. CPR certification is preferred, with training provided if needed.
