Job summary

CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital In Partnership with Select Medical in Ozark, MO is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem schedule. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with compensation at $52 per hour. This role supports our brand-new IRH hospital and focuses on brain injuries, spinal injuries, and related neurological conditions.

Minimum qualifications include state licensure and CLS certification within 90 days. Preferred CCC-SLP credential.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CCC or completion within first 90 days of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs enabling return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, and co-workers about therapy.
• Coordinates treatment with other clinical services as available resources.
