Job summary

Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, DE is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. The role focuses on evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in residents of a 100-bed facility.

You will develop individualized care plans, facilitate improvement using standardized tests, and coordinate referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• ASHA CCC certification required or in process where applicable.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with standardized assessments.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Supervise CFY provisional licensees, students, and support personnel per state rules.
• Perform other duties to provide quality care to residents.
