Job summary

Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role is per diem with flexible scheduling. Candidates must hold a Master's in SLP, ASHA certification, and Arizona licensure, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) required.
• Current ASHA certification.
• Arizona licensure as Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations and provide dietary management recommendations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to care plans.
