Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. seeks a Senior Clinician Per Diem for on-call virtual work. The role includes initial evaluations, intake interviews, diagnoses, and determining appropriate treatment. Requires LMHC, LICSW or LCSW licensure and a strong background in addiction or mental health care.

The Senior Clinician will join a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide crisis support, and ensure compliant documentation and collaboration with referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling related discipline.
• Licensed LMHC, LICSW or LCSW.
• Minimum of five years of supervised counseling experience.
• Experience with EMR and tele-health platforms.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation and patient intake interviews and assessments.
• Assess presenting problems and formulate diagnoses; make treatment recommendations.
• Develop and modify treatment plans and continuing care plans.
• Provide crisis management for patients and on-call consultations.
• Document patient records per Gosnold standards and payer requirements.
