Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. seeks a Senior Clinician Per Diem, On-Call (Virtual) to conduct initial evaluations and intake interviews, assess presenting problems, and formulate diagnoses.

This fee-for-service role requires LICSW/LMHC/LCSW licensure and a strong background in addiction and mental health treatment. You will join a multidisciplinary team, develop treatment and discharge plans, provide various therapy modalities, and manage cases while maintaining regulatory and payer standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling and licensure LMHC, LICSW or LCSW is required.
• Five years of supervised counseling experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with EMRs and tele-health and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and modify treatment plans and continuing care plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, or adjunctive therapy as needed.
• Conduct case management services and prepare discharge summaries.
• Provide crisis management for patients, including on-call consults.
• Interact with referral sources and external providers for coordination of services.
• Document patient records per Gosnold standards and regulatory requirements.
