UMass Memorial Health is seeking an RN Urodynamic Tech for per diem, on-site in Milford, MA. The role involves direct patient care, nursing assessments, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, performing immunizations and labs as required, documentation, and patient education. MA licensure, BLS, and accreditation are required; prior urogynecology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of nursing care and procedures.
• Ability to monitor and document patient vitals and status.
• Competent in patient education and care coordination.

Responsabilités

• Assess and supervise direct patient care using nursing process.
• Review chart documentation and prepare patients for exams.
• Coordinate patient flow and prepare for office and lab procedures.
• Assist physicians and other providers as required.
• Take and document vital signs and patient assessments.
• Perform and document immunizations and lab tests per protocol.
• Document prescriptions and refills as needed.
• Communicate with team and external agencies to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain supplies and medications; order as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety in the clinical area.
• Provide education to patients and families about care plans.
