• Summarize assessment data and create a nursing care plan.
• Implement clinical and technical aspects of care and nursing orders.
• Intervene with proper technique and safety precautions.
• Provide patient and family instruction/education and discharge planning.
• Report patient care or management problems to Clinical Coordinator.
• Coordinate unit routines and guide staff.
• Demonstrate ability to care for patients across various age groups.
