Job summary

Midwest Physician Surgery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse PAT PRN to join our surgical team in Missouri. The RN will conduct pre-admission assessments, educate patients, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to develop comprehensive care plans.

Qualified candidates hold Missouri RN licensure, 2+ years nursing experience with PAT/LPN exposure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and excel in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is a PRN, on-site role.

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with PAT/LPN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-admission assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, including pre-operative instructions and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
